Games for Windows Live was finally removed from the game and that gave me an urge to play it again. It goes without saying but, as before I have NOT used any cheats or mods in this save game!

In Grand Theft Auto 4, Niko Bellic, an Eastern European, arrives in Liberty City at the behest of his cousin, Roman, only to find that the American dream is not all mansions and business, but rather gangs, dodgy deals and seedy apartments. Undeterred, he helps his cousin out, fighting off gangsters and moving through a narrative in which the player must complete missions to achieve goals and meet targets.
This cheat pack offers a wide range of bonuses, from extra weapons and firepower, to access to different cars and even entirely different modes of transportation, such as helicopters and boats. There are also cheats that give Niko more money or boost his health if he has recently been under attack. There are sixteen cheat codes in total.
In order to access the cheat codes, the player must make Niko take out a mobile phone during gameplay. This is achieved by pressing the 'up' button. When he is holding the mobile phone, the cheat code – which looks like a mobile phone number – is keyed in. The number must be manually entered, as there is no cut and paste facility on the cheat pack. Once the number is in, the 'call' button must be pressed. If the code has been entered correctly the message 'cheat activated' will appear on the screen. Thereafter, the player can access the code by going into the memory of the phone, selecting 'Options' and seeing a list of all the cheats that have been entered into the phone.
The GTA: IV Cheat Pack is, at base, simply a list of cheats that can be found elsewhere on the Internet. The main benefit is that all the cheats are laid out neatly and in one place.
